webXOS ANYTHING | DA3 Scene Generator

Full Concept Guide (v1.0 – November 2025)

webxos.netlify.app/anything

Core Goal

Help Test: A single-page, cyberpunk-styled web app that instantly turns any 2D photo into an editable 3D scene using Depth Anything v3 (DA3) + Three.js — zero install, runs entirely in the browser or with optional backend acceleration.

IDEAL TESTING:

“Upload a image → get a real-time 3D scene with accurate depth → edit, add objects, light, animate, export — all inside a Matrix-style terminal interface.”

FOR:

  • 3D content creators (quick blocking/prototyping)
  • Game devs (fast asset mockups)
  • AR/VR hobbyists
  • Social media creators (turn selfies into 3D scenes)
  • Educators & students (visualize depth estimation)
  • Cyberpunk aesthetic fans

Core Features

Tier Feature Status in current HTML Full Vision
1 Upload image → generate point cloud from DA3 Simulated only Real on-device DA3 (WebAssembly) or backend inference
2 Real-time Three.js viewport with orbit controls Done + VR mode, AR placement (WebXR)
3 Terminal-style command interface Done Full CLI + natural language (agent-powered)
4 Add primitive objects (cube, sphere, etc.) Done + GLB/GLTF import, procedural generators
5 Edit position, scale, color, rotation Done + material editor, physics, animations
6 Scene export (GLTF, USDZ, OBJ) Fake Real export + shareable link
7 Matrix rain background + cyberpunk UI Done Customizable themes (retro, minimal, neon)
8 Depth-based mesh reconstruction Point cloud only Triangulated mesh + auto UVs
9 Multi-image photogrammetry mode 3–50 photos → full 3D model
10 Collaborative editing (multi-user) WebSocket real-time co-editing

Technical Architecture (Future-Proof)

Frontend (this HTML evolved)
├── Three.js r170+ (or Babylon.js alternative)
├── DA3 model in ONNX/WebAssembly (client-side, ~300 MB) or
└── Backend API (xAI Grok-4 + DA3 inference endpoint)
├── Terminal → WebSocket → Agent (LLM) for natural language commands
├── Export → GLTF + USDZ (iOS instant AR)
└── Storage → IndexedDB + optional cloud save (webXOS account)
