Strange colors appearing in JColorChooser dialog

Describe the bug
The problem is with JColorChooser dialog. Strange colors appear after expanding the dropdown list. The colors change exactly along the bounds of this menu.

To Reproduce

• Open JColorChooser dialog
• Open RGB dropdown list
• Close it

Sorry for the long silence. I was very busy with other things and didn't find any/much time to work on this project. Sadly I don't have access to a PC running Windows 11 at the moment so this issue is hard for me to check. Though I suspect this might be graphics driver related.
