Gene set score based on rliger object?

Sorry if I might miss this...
I am new to using liger and I wonder after I create my rligher object, is there a way to calculate specific gene set score for a list of given genes like the AddModuleScore in Seurat?

Hi thank you for your interests. This is not a part of rliger functionality since a gene set score does not necessarily interact with the main analysis that LIGER provides. However, it is very simple to temporarily convert a liger object to a Seurat object with function ligerToSeurat(). So you can simply just use addModuleScore() as usual.
