VoltAI - Test Coverage and Demo Update

Testing Enhancements

Added 9 new integration tests to existing test suite
Total tests: 49 (all passing)
Coverage: 58.18% (128/220 lines covered)
Tests focus on:
- TF-IDF computation and vector operations
- Keyword extraction logic
- Context building for queries
- Filename extraction
- Multi-document ranking
- Query vector construction

Demo Script Created

New file: demo.sh - Interactive demonstration script
Features:
- Creates 4 sample documents (Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps, AI architecture)
- Demonstrates TF-IDF indexing workflow
- Shows query capabilities with/without Ollama
- Measures performance metrics
- Explains privacy-first architecture
- Includes cleanup and educational output
