Android app can't connect

Description

I downloaded the Android app, created an account and then started exploring it. When syncing the exercises, I got the attached error. Google seems to think it's a problem with my self-hosted server, which I don't have. And from what I understand, that's optional, right? Surely, the app should work out of the box.

And yes, obviously, I've checked my internet connection and also tried and retried the sync.

happens to me also, but then seems to work anyways. I'm not sure if it's some temporary connection dropout. Seems to happen when my phone screen times out, and I turn it back on to record my entry after I have completed a set.

I also do think this has something to do with the app being in the background. Can any of you copy the full traceback here the next time it happens? There should be a "copy to clipboard" button if you scroll down
