- Fixed YAML registry path reference
overhaul: slim wiki from 25 to 17 pages, add SSOT policy, remove canon duplicates
- Created Repository Ownership & SSOT Policy page (definitive ownership table)
- Deleted 9 pages that duplicated the canon/rendered site:
Project-Overview, Control-Planes, Zero-Trust-Architecture,
Vendor-Technology-Stack, Compliance-Mapping, OSCAL-Integration,
Modernization-Roadmap, Glossary, Meeting-Notes
- Rewrote Home page (scope: operational guide only, explicit 'is/is-not')
- Rewrote sidebar (new Policy section, removed deleted pages)
- Updated CI-CD-Pipeline (5 active / 16 disabled, not '25 workflows')
- Updated Workflow-Cleanup-Guide (historical record, not to-do)
- Rewrote Governance-and-Drift-Detection (operational only, no theory)
- Updated Repository-Structure (124 .qmd, 5 active workflows)
