+**Consequence**: A warning with consequences for continued behavior. No
+interaction with the people involved, including unsolicited interaction with
+those enforcing the Code of Conduct, for a specified period of time. This
+includes avoiding interactions in community spaces as well as external channels
+like social media. Violating these terms may lead to a temporary or permanent
+ban.

+### 3. Temporary Ban
+
+**Community Impact**: A serious violation of community standards, including
+sustained inappropriate behavior.
+
+**Consequence**: A temporary ban from any sort of interaction or public
+communication with the community for a specified period of time. No public or
+private interaction with the people involved, including unsolicited interaction
+with those enforcing the Code of Conduct, is allowed during this period.
+Violating these terms may lead to a permanent ban.
+
+### 4. Permanent Ban
+
+**Community Impact**: Demonstrating a pattern of violation of community
+standards, including sustained inappropriate behavior, harassment of an
+individual, or aggression toward or disparagement of classes of individuals.
+
+**Consequence**: A permanent ban from any sort of public interaction within the
+community.

+When contributing to this repository, please first discuss the change you wish to make via issue,
+email, or any other method with the owners of this repository before making a change.

+Please note we have a code of conduct, please follow it in all your interactions with the project.

+## Pull Request Process
+
+1. Ensure any install or build dependencies are removed before the end of the layer when doing a 
+   build.
+2. Update the README.md with details of changes to the interface, this includes new environment 
+   variables, exposed ports, useful file locations and container parameters.
+3. Increase the version numbers in any examples files and the README.md to the new version that this
+   Pull Request would represent. The versioning scheme we use is [SemVer](http://semver.org/).
+4. Submit your Pull Request for review. At least one of the owners of whyhow.ai must approve the PR before it can be merged.
+5. Once approved, you may merge the Pull Request. If you do not have permission to merge, you can request the approving reviewer to merge it for you.
