On the second monitor, DockWindow is not visable when click Maximize.

I have two monitors, This problem is found on the right monitor.

Repo step:

1. dotnet run in samples/DockMvvmSample
2. Float the Tool Dock, and drag it to the second monitor.
3. click maximize button.

Additional information:

1. Document dock float works fine.
2. On the first(left) monitor, Tool dock window works fine.
