[feature request] TTS possible on macOS?

First, thank you for all the amazing work you’ve put into this mod — it really adds a lot of immersion to the game! Earlier this year you introduced TTS support to the plugin. Would it be possible to make this feature available for macOS as well? If you need any help, I’d be happy to contribute.

Unfortunately, since I only have a Windows PC, I'm afraid I can't add support for other systems myself. If you're interested in contributing, pull requests are very welcome!

I forked the repo and am trying to get voice output working on macOS using the native say function on a new branch. But first I need to figure out how to test mods without destroying my Cities save files.

This mod won't affect your save files. If you want to be extra safe, you could also start a new city though.
