*Summary
Embed a generative AI writing assistant directly into ClimWeb's text editors to help meteorologists, sectoral experts and communications staff draft bulletins, forecast summaries, and risk communications more efficiently.

Context
NMHSs often lack the time or language skills to produce clear, well-structured public communications at the pace required, particularly during active weather events. Staff currently draft all content manually, creating bottlenecks and inconsistencies across services.

Proposed Behaviour

• AI suggestions are triggered within the text editor as staff type, or on demand
• Suggestions are tuned to the content type being authored (bulletin, summary, advisory)
• Staff review and approve all AI-generated content before publication — the AI accelerates production without replacing expertise
• Interface supports climweb supported languages (EN, FR, AR, AM, PT, ES)

Expected Outcomes

• Reduced time to produce public-facing communications
• More consistent structure and clarity across NMHS publications
• Lower barrier for services with limited communications capacity
