Access to the asset URL does not check the permission

Everyone can access asset if he knew the url like : https://localhost:9443/store/storage/ebook/32f09b66-1e9c-4c54-a062-e41225f35ad8/cb770246-ba62-454a-a68d-0393b02d3774/The_art_of_unix_programming.pdf
