Remove esbuild from deps

Hey,

just to understand, now that wxt is vite8 compatible, and it seems to be working great 🚀 (on our end at least)

i was wondering why wxt still uses esbuild as a direct dep.

i'm trying to reduce my deps and found that out :)

i couldn't find any direct ref 🤔

We do? I'll check, we probably needed to check the current version of esbuild to do something, and it has to be a dependency otherwise it doesn't resolve for projects using pnpm...

But I think that would still work if it's an option peer dependency?

I'll put this on my to-do list, unless you want to open a PR!
