It is an issue with ReBarState writing to efivars not anything else. Maybe your distro mounts efivars somewhere else than the hardcoded location ? Or you are not booted in UEFI mode |

Got it, the CSM setting was hidden under an "Other OS" selection, which I thought was since it was disappearing that it was disabled, but it wasn't. I had to select the OS as Windows 8/10 and disable CSM there for it to remain. That fixed the segmentation fault error. Thanks. |

Description
I was able to follow all instructions and flash a modified BIOS. I'm getting stuck at using ReBarState on Ubuntu. When trying to write a variable I get a "Segmentation fault" error. Is this a sign of my wrong doing and I need to try the MMInfo method or is it a fault with ReBarState?
