Reset initial management interface after switching management to another interface. #8

Hi!
One of our user (ping @AtaxyaNetwork) has had an issue when switching to new management interface:
- They entered the same ip config for the new management interface in order not to change the host's management IP, only it's interface.
- After the operation the host had twice the same IP config on both interface.
When usinbg the configue management interface, the code does a PIF.reconfigure_ip on the PIF of the new managment interface and then a Host.management_reconfigure to switch to the new one.
It might be nice to add a check that the new management interface has not the same IP that the old one and if so reconfigure the old interface with a None ip configuration mode.
