Description of changes:

This XML movie scraper no longer scrapes movies from TMDB.
For a few months I have seen a drip feed of users stating their scraper is no longer finding movies and turns out they are still using this XML scraper. Some of those users are still on v18 setups, other users have upgraded, but have never changed over to the Python scrapers.
