Mask is invalid

When asking :

isbnlib.mask('9782488115001')

I get :
'978-2-488-11500-1'

Which seems wrong, it should return :
'978-2-488115-00-1'

To verify, go to :
https://isbnsearch.org/isbn/9782488115001
As publisher you get : La Meute
The prefix ISBN for La Meute is 978-2-488115 , not 978-2-488.

Is it a bug or is there something wrong with this ISBN number ?

Same problem with :
isbnlib.mask('9782488115001')

I read the Known issues on https://isbnlib.readthedocs.io/en/latest/issues.html :
3. Periodically, agencies, issue new blocks of ISBNs. The range of these blocks is on a database that mask uses. So it could happen, if you have a version of isbnlib that is too old, mask doesn’t work for valid (recent) issued ISBNs. The solution? Update isbnlib often!

This is happening because the data for masking was not updated for a long time.
@xlcnd had no activity on github for a long time now. I have created a fork and am now trying to maintain it.
https://github.com/hans-fritz-pommes/isbnlib
You can install it with pip install isbnlib2.
Maybe remove isbnlib before.
The module name is the same - your code will run the same way.
