Broken link to XPath 3.1 specification #1152
Description
Link in the bibliography should be changed from https://www.w3.org/TR/xpath31/ to https://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-31/.
Maybe it's problem on the W3C side, because for XPath 2.0 spc both links work: https://www.w3.org/TR/xpath20/ and https://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-20/ (redirects to the first one).
