Avoid nested messages for svrl:diagnostic-reference #2
Description
We use Oxygen’s enhanced skeleton implementation, and it doesn’t seem to put an svrl:text in an svrl:diagnostic-reference. Therefore I mapped svrl:diagnostic-reference to XVRL message elements.
If the SVRL conforms to the schema (a rather old one is here), it needs to have svrl:text within diagnostic-reference.
svrl2xvrl.xsl should support both variants.
