Update/check SBI workflow after updated likelihood functions

SBI is a likelihood free method. Currently it is using a "hacked" version of the likelihood. Check whether this can be changed to actually not use the likelihood after the clean-up of the likelihood module.

It would be valuable to also change the X-P_SBI notebook accordingly as the synthesize is also redefined here
