New version to pip #16

I wanted to checkout your package, since it looks interesting. Using
pip install django-fancytree
I was able to fetch the latest version. However, the fix you merged in here 8bf0ec4 , related to the force_unicode bug, does not seem to be in the most recent release.
The currently available version of this package for pip is 0.4 (https://pypi.org/project/django-fancytree/#history) which does not include your fix. I'm sure updating the pip repo would be a great thing 👍
