Feature: (Meta) Add an action to check for changes in the updated fares string and the whats new page

Describe the feature you'd like to see added

Its possible to push a new build without the string for the bus fares being updated as well as the whats new page. The latter has the possibility of breaking the apk creation action for the store.

It would be cool to have an action that checks for a change in the whats new page at the very least - and have an action that checks for an updated fares string
