Default Input Amount wrong in AmountInput.js #124
Description
On the reward calculator page, the default input amount shown for an account with non-zero available balance is 1000 WND. Clicking the max button makes it 0.

How should cases be handled for accounts which have funds locked, reserved, available and unbonding simultaneously at once?
