(PDF guide) Inconsistency in pages numeration #252

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Download the PDF guide from the site or generate it.
What's expected?
Consistent and sequential numeration.
What do you get instead?
On the first pages Greek digits is used, while on content pages Arabic ones. And numeration is not sequential.
