Enable ability to only plot waveforms included within/out PSD region

Using a PSD region to plot specific waveforms (those either included or excluded in the region) would be a powerful tool for inspection of waveforms, either for diagnostic purposes, pulling out electron/proton/ion induced waveforms. This would likely take the form of a simple check box included within the "PSD Region" group frame.
