cli-get doesn't work for Microsoft Sharepoint

I received a download link for a file on Microsoft Sharepoint and unfortunately cli-get doesn't seem to recognise the download when I click the "Download" button on the GUI. Since Sharepoint is paid software and I cannot share the link I received, I'm unable to provide information to reproduce, but perhaps someone else here has a sharepoint account and could create a test file to repro.
