Description

A user may know of a collection and may want to know how many NFTs of that collection are in circulation. Theyshould be able to use web3py to find out.

Definition of Done

• Function should take the ID of a collection and return the number of NFTs of that collection in circulation.
• Test this with the ganache node.
• Should throw an error message if collection does not exist.
