Support for perl, and vlang icons

Hello, so i just wanted to report that v.mod (when you create a new project in vlang, you get a v.mod, that has a go.mod icon (go icon)) and files with .pl (perl) dont have any icons. I dont know if its worth making a new issue, so i just posted this here. If you tell me how i can fix it, i can make a pull request. I havent found a way to fix it myself yet.

yes, but the v.mod still displays a go icon, as showen in the picture
