[tsgo] TypeScript Go Native Previews lsp support

Now that there's considerable momentum on the new TypeScript Go based language server, it would be awesome if it was supported in Zed:

It isn't by any means finished, but it would be interesting to play around with, and it would mean that when tsgo is released, Zed would be ready to go.

I for one yearn for a time where I'm not dealing with 20s+ lag or random crashes from vtsls/typescript-language-server on larger more inference based codebases.

Looks like you're in luck, seems like something's already there: https://github.com/zed-extensions/tsgo (taken from the discussion in #31517). 😉
