Add support for login with Claude Pro/Max subscription

Several other projects, such as sst/opencode and Roo Code, have already implemented this feature, allowing users to leverage their existing subscriptions seamlessly. Introducing similar functionality in Zed would greatly improve the user experience by enabling users to use their current subscription without additional steps or redundant payments. This approach not only streamlines onboarding but also encourages adoption by reducing friction for those who are already invested in other platforms. I believe adopting this model would be a valuable addition to the Zed ecosystem.

As mentioned in the above PR, the Zed team has signalled that this won't be happening in the project because of maintenance burden as well as potentially violating a TOS which may or may not be enforceable due to DMCA Section 1201(f). Individual extension developers could take on the task, but Zed currently does not have a way for extensions to provide language model providers.

isn't this redundant now with ACP and its claude code integration from within Zed?
