Debug Autofocus on Save - Config to Disable it

This new debugger version is awesome!

The only problem is that I like to code with the debug running:

But every time I save, the focus goes to the debug panel.
I also use pre-commit, and it's a bit boring to lose the terminal focus each time I commit something.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or should be a config, something like debugger: {panelAutoFocus: True}
