A global "less magic" option to make more auto functionality and UI opt-in rather than opt-out

I have a growing list of custom config to disable various "helpful" things that (in my opinion) just get in the way more times than not.

"format_on_save": "off",
"inlay_hints": { "enabled": false },
"git": { "inline_blame": { "enabled": false } },
"features": { "edit_prediction_provider": "none" },
...

The latest was this python auto import thing that gets it wrong much of the time for me.

I get that many people prefer all of these things, but I was thinking it might be nice if zed had a global setting (like "less magic") that made more of this stuff opt-in rather than opt-out.
