Editor: Rewrap should preserve lines that look like lists

In Sublime Text with the "Wrap Plus" extension, rewrapping comment lines that include entries that look like lists (i.e. starting with - or * or 1.) causes subsequent lines to be indented and preserves the list-like formatting.

For example, with this snippet:

// fsdfffffff sdfjiosd fjiosadfjioasdf jioasdf jiasdf
// jioasdf jiosdf jioasdf jasiodf asdija sdf sdfjisdf jdsf 
// - sdfjiosd sadf jioasdf jioasdf jiasdf jioasdf jioasdf jioasdf jioasdf jioasdf jio
// - sdfjios dfjisdf jioasdf jioasdfj ioasdfj ioasdfj ioasdf jioasdf oi

...wrapping the text to 80 characters does this in Sublime:

// fsdfffffff sdfjiosd fjiosadfjioasdf jioasdf jiasdf jioasdf jiosdf jioasdf
// jasiodf asdija sdf sdfjisdf jdsf
// - sdfjiosd sadf jioasdf jioasdf jiasdf jioasdf jioasdf jioasdf jioasdf

// - sdfjios dfjisdf jioasdf jioasdfj ioasdfj ioasdfj ioasdf jioasdf oi

(note that it merges the first two lines but then rewraps the lines involving lists intelligently

...but wrapping the same text in Zed does this:
