Setting for Project panel font size

Hi,

setting ui_font_size changes the appearance of both the Title bar and Project panel, where the font in Project panel is scaled in comparison to Title bar.

If I set the value for ui_font_size to be able to match Title bar font size to the default font size on my systems, then font in Project Panel appears too big, and vice versa if I set ui_font_size to desired font size for Project panel, then Title bar font is too small.

That's why I wanted to suggest, having a setting for Project panel font size or for setting the scaling.
