Increase the height of the 'Ctrl + Tab' menu

At the moment, the Ctrl + Tab menu is really short. This limits the number of files in the buffer.

Zed: Only shows 9 files. (Can't seem to take screenshot of it)
VsCode: Shows >15 files.

I don't see any downside to increasing the height. Or maybe even have a setting similar to file_finder.modal_max_width.
