Add setting to restrict search bar visibility to current tab only

In the Zed Editor, the search bar currently appears on all tabs simultaneously instead of being limited to a single tab. There is no configuration option available to restrict the search bar’s visibility or functionality on a per-tab (or per-pane) basis. Requesting an option or setting to make the search bar display only in the active tab and not globally across every open tab.
