How to mark file in project panel?

I'd like to mark serval files using keyboard shortcuts without mouse left clicks. Thanks.

Currently, it seems that only shift-up/down can help with this.

Thanks, that works. Though I am looking for a way to mark without holding shift. Also is there way to unmark files? In Emacs I use m to mark and u to unmark files and t to toggle the list.

There's nothing beyond that, I'm afraid, and sure toggling the marked entry is wohrth adding.
