Outline Panel + Left dock hotkeys

Hi!

If i'm switching to Outline Panel with ctrl + shift + b, and then want to see project tree by pressing ctrl + shift + e, its not working.
I need to press ctrl + shift + b again to go to editor window, and only after that i can use ctrl + shift + e for file tree.

I think its more like bug not feature...
