How to use zephyr linter?

My steps. Install zephyr based on guide to Ubuntu 25:

sudo apt install --no-install-recommends git cmake ninja-build gperf \
  ccache dfu-util device-tree-compiler wget python3-dev python3-venv python3-tk \
  xz-utils file make gcc gcc-multilib g++-multilib libsdl2-dev libmagic1
git clone https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr
python3 -m venv ~/zephyrproject/.venv
source ~/zephyrproject/.venv/bin/activate
pip install west
west init ~/zephyrproject
cd ~/zephyrproject
west update
west zephyr-export
west packages pip --install
cd ~/zephyrproject/zephyr
west sdk install --toolchains x86_64-zephyr-elf
west build -p always -b qemu_x86_64 samples/basic/minimal

Then install menuconfig

west build -t menuconfig -b qemu_x86_64

And change some Kconfig values using menuconfig, save changes using default path (I mean, I don't change path)...

Then use linter. But even help text I can't see

scripts/kconfig/lint.py: Kconfig.zephyr:29: '/soc/Kconfig.defconfig' not found (in 'source "$(KCONFIG_BINARY_DIR)/soc/Kconfig.defconfig"'). Check that environment variables are set correctly (e.g. $srctree, which is set to '/home/a/zephyrproject/zephyr/scripts/kconfig/../..'). Also note that unset environment variables expand to the empty string.
