[Bug] DoNotTrack Process monitor blocker stops working randomly

Describe the Bug
The plugin does not work on startup. Discord will detect games and add them to the registered games list This can be fixed by toggling the plugin on and off. Then roughly every 24 hours the plugin stops working again. This also appears to be fixable by toggling the plugin on and off

To Reproduce
Install DoNotTrack plugin. Exit Discord and restart. Plugin will not block process monitor allowing games into registered game list.

Expected Behavior
DoNotTrack stops process monitor and prevents any games from being added to registered games list

I have the same problem

For me, I'm using Linux, and the mod doesn't seem to work at all. After reloading the mod, I delete a game from the Registered Games list that I'm currently playing, and the game immediately shows up in the list again.
