FR: `v *` should display only chats matching current filters

currently v * displays all chats which have favorite messages but the ones which don't match current filters have no messages displayed (only chat titles are visible)

IMHO it would be great to match current filters so user would see only chats matching current filters, other option is to display favorite messages for all chats

Problem with this approach is you might have favorite messages in a chats that you are no longer a member. So, you won't see such favorite messages at all. By showing chat's title at least you know this chat has something.

We might have some user option to control this behaviour, not sure about this
