Title

Improve Compact Mode task context and list switching (including empty lists)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In compact mode, it is hard to quickly switch work context.
Today, when a list has no pending tasks, it mostly disappears from the timer flow, which makes it harder for users who organize work by lists/projects.
The selector can also feel constrained by the compact window space, making it harder to view everything.

Describe the solution you'd like

If possible, in compact mode, show the current context in the format LIST: task (or LIST - TASKS when there are no pending tasks).
If possible, clicking this area should open a selector with all lists and their pending tasks grouped by list.
If possible, even empty lists should still be selectable as the current list.
The goal is to make context switching easier without leaving the main timer screen.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Continue using only the task tab to manually switch list/task.
Keep the current behavior focused only on the priority list.
These alternatives work, but they make daily flow slower, especially in compact mode.
