Exported REG files not compatible with Power Toys RegistryPreview

I've been using your TotalRegistry for a bit now, and I'm really loving it.
I recently had reason to export (backup) a lot of sections from my registry, and came across two problems.
One is that some strings got chopped off, but I see that's already reported in #75 .
The other is that for some reason, the exported REG files won't load into Power Toys' RegistryPreview.

I used a text compare tool, and according to it, the file created by TotalRegistry and RegEdit are identical.
I played around with converting text encoding, and that seemed to fix the file I tried it on, so I think the problem lies somewhere in the text encoding.
