Listening to a port which was not specified in command-line arguments

With this launch
./dnsproxy -l 127.0.0.1 --tls-port = 853 --tls-crt = example.crt --tls-key = example.key -u 8.8.8.8.8:53

together with 853 port,
listening and port 53

Is this still unfixed? --port=0 makes dnsproxy listening on random udp/tcp ports.
