Re-write the overview about AerynOS to reflect the latest position

I wasn't originally aware that Zed or HackMD (the two tools I was originally using the redraft this page) did not have spell check enabled. I've spell checked and corrected a few mistakes. If you have a different idea about what to include or how to present, I'm also open to feedback |
