Hi there! I’ve translated this to UV and it works! Mostly I did it for fun, but if you approve, we could merge it into your repository. I tested it on a fresh Arch install and everything works.
One thing: I didn’t remove python-fabric-git from the installer because it pulls in important system dependencies that the Python library version doesn’t. I’ve left “# TODO” comments where I wasn’t entirely sure of my approach or where the current setup wouldn’t allow a cleaner implementation, but as it stands, it works.
