Pull Request Overview
This PR backports CI pipeline changes to build CNS (Container Networking Service) images during release test pipelines. The changes add CNS image build configurations alongside existing CNI image builds.
- Removes the unused
cnsVersionenvironment variable - Adds CNS build configurations for multiple architectures (amd64, arm64) and operating systems (Linux, Windows)
- Configures CNS multi-platform image builds similar to existing CNI configurations
