Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the CODEOWNERS file to consolidate KeyVault ownership under the @Azure/azure-sdk-write-keyvault team. Individual maintainer handles are removed in favor of the team handle, simplifying ownership management and ensuring all team members automatically have appropriate access.
Key changes:
- Removed individual engineer GitHub handles from KeyVault code ownership
- Standardized to use only the
@Azure/azure-sdk-write-keyvaultteam handle
