Communication Policy

All of Team H has agreed to the following communication policy:

Drive

We will share all documentation for the project on a shared drive

Discord Policy:

We will use Discord for communication between group members

Discord rules:

• Responded times
  • Minimum: 24 hours
  • Expected 8 hours
• Pinging;
  • You may only mention the team for changed meeting times or missing work to meet a deadline
  • You may only mention someone if you need the person to complete your work
  • You must have notification turned on for mentions
  • Optionally you may keep notifications on for all channel communications

Help requests:

• The request will be submitted on Discord and any member may answer them
