Implements horizontal layout for project cards on mobile devices.

Changes made

  • Added CSS media queries for screens < 640px
  • Adjusted spacing for mobile optimization
  • Maintained vertical layout for desktop/tablet screens

Testing

  • Tested on mobile Chrome
  • Tested on dekstop Chrome
