As https://github.com/Hopding/fontkit is no longer maintained a long standing PR that addresses dependency issues and Asian font subsetting issues will likely not be merged, we are maintaining this repo built upon the work of the PR above.
In the case that the main repo is updated we will stop maintaining this repo and revert.
